System / 02

Choose the scope before the style.

Start with the business need and required output. Visual taste is useful only after the assignment is defined.

Routes / 03

Three assignments. Different outcomes.

Compare the actual scope, not the label on the listing. Every route below defines what a useful engagement should include.

01 / MARK

Logo Design

A focused mark for a defined name and offer.
Use when
You know what the brand stands for and need a recognisable core mark to begin using now.
Minimum useful deliverables
Primary logo, practical variations, vector files, colour versions and clear usage rights.
Ready when
Your name, audience, positioning, visual references and required applications are settled.
Check before ordering
Confirm revision rounds, font licensing, source files, commercial rights and included variants.

02 / SYSTEM

Brand Identity

A repeatable visual language across every touchpoint.
Use when
A logo alone will not create the consistency you need across campaigns, digital channels and printed materials.
Minimum useful deliverables
Logo suite, colour, typography, graphic devices, image direction, templates and a usable guide.
Ready when
You can define the brand idea, priority touchpoints, launch timeline and internal production needs.
Check before ordering
Clarify which applications, templates and guideline pages are included. A logo package is not automatically a complete identity system.

03 / SHELF

Packaging & Labels

A production-ready system built for the product and shelf.
Use when
The product, container and sales channel are known, and design must work with real print and legal constraints.
Minimum useful deliverables
Front and back layout, print-ready artwork, dieline application, variants, mockups and source files.
Ready when
You have final copy, dimensions, printer specifications, barcode numbers and mandatory information.
Check before ordering
Confirm whether dieline creation, structural design, copywriting, printer coordination and regulatory checks are included.

Brief / 04

Six inputs before you contact a designer.

Clear input protects the work from vague revisions, mismatched expectations and avoidable production delays.

  1. B-01The objective

State the decision the design must help a customer make.

  2. B-02The audience

Describe the people, context and expectations that matter most.

  3. B-03The difference

Name the one idea competitors should not be able to claim as easily.

  4. B-04The applications

List every high-priority place the work needs to perform.

  5. B-05The constraints

Share formats, production limits, mandatory copy and technical specs.

  6. B-06The decision process

Confirm the owner, timeline, revision stages and final approval path.

Policy / 05

Recommendations must earn their place.

We assess whether a service creates a useful comparison, then document why it fits a specific route.

R1

Relevant work

The portfolio must show credible experience for the required style, format or category.

R2

Defined scope

Deliverables, file formats, revisions, timing and exclusions must be easy to understand.

R3

Commercial clarity

Usage rights, source files and optional costs must be visible before a recommendation is listed.

R4

Decision value

A listing is included only when it gives readers a useful, distinct option to compare.
